Hello background artists!!!  CALL TIMES still not available...It won't be earlier than 11am, if you need to go to sleep CHECK BACK IN THE MORNING WITH ENOUGH TIME TO AT LEAST BE THERE BY 11am.  I will also send out an email once final call times are posted.

Parking is at the Downtown Holliday Inn:

Crew Parking will be inside the Holliday Inn parking garage (See map attached) You will receive a parking voucher.  DO NOT LOSE YOUR PARKING VOUCHER.  It will be validated at the end of the day.  From parking you will be given instructions from a Production Asst. to Extras Holding/Catering on the Gravier Street side of the hotel.

Checklist: (please take a minute to use this checklist so that you are prepared for the shoot)

__ PHOTO COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE (Each Day You Work)

  

__ HAVE 3 COMPLETE WARDROBE OPTIONS FOR COSTUMERS TO CHOOSE FROM (for both the first set of guidelines below and your category with your name.)

__ I HAVE DIRECTIONS/ADDRESS AND OR A MAP TO THE LOCATION I AM SHOOTING AT. (Info will be on the website and recorded message)

__ I HAVE READ THIS ENTIRE PACKET!

WARDROBE GUIDELINES:

NO red, white, busy patterns or Logos.

Bring 3 to 4 outfit options according to these guidelines for both pedestrians and whatever else you will be playing during the day, read on for explanation. 

NOTE: EVERYONE WILL BE PLAYING TWO TYPES:  EVERYONE WILL FOLLOW THE VERY FIRST WARDROBE GUIDELINES FOR PEDESTRIANS FOR ONE SCENE, then find your name in your category afterwards for the remaining wardrobe guidelines.

Everyone should bring a variety of options to play  Street Pedestrians.  Remember NO red, white, or black…also NO busy patterns or bright colors…NO logos.  The setting is Southern California.

Marshalls (D Autin, T Cross, C Graham, D Hullette, D Mohr, N Papalaskaris, M Pemberton, M Prescedo, D Rhodes, M Rouse, L Smith, J Teixidor, T Todd, S Vilmenay, B Walsh and P Wertz): Suit, or sports coat/blazer with slacks, button up shirt and tie options.  Black or brown shoes. Women, business suit, blouse, button up shirts, slacks.

Business People (Kari Baltimore, Gene Franques, Stephanie Levenson, David Prechter and Bill Rainey): Suit, or sports coat/blazer with slacks, button up shirt and tie options.  Black or brown shoes.  Women, business suit, blouse, button up shirts, slacks, skirts.

Security (Larry Decuers & David William) : Black shoes, black socks, black belt.  Undershirt. Wardrobe department will provide the rest.
